More Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the images.

Additionally included in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying distinct sections of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
